Throughout the design process, Style Design provides resources from a wide selection of Branded and diversified products from all over the world, offering a selection of furniture, lighting, flooring, home accessories, and all complementing products with world’s top designers like Antonio Citterio and Philippe Starck.
Main duties :
1. Overseeing Building work.
2. Undertaking surveys.
3. Setting out sites.
4. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
5. Supervising contracted staff.
6. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
7. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors, and the overall project manager.
8. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
9. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
- Job Requirements :-
- Bachelors Degree of Engineering, preferred in Architecture.
- Analytical skill is important.
_ Ability to work under any situation and solve problems.
- Decision making quality.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
-General knowledge and ability to learn about the site quickly.
