Job Description
Profile :- Ridgewood, JV between Hassan Allam Holding & Almar Water Solutions, is a leading water desalination & power generation company with 23+ years of experience & about 60% of the market share in Egypt’s water desalination sector.
RIDGEWOOD EGYPT established in 1998, was previously a subsidiary of Ridgewood Capital (USA) Which has recently been acquired by Hassan Allam Holding (HAH) and Almar Water Solutions.
Ridgewood Egypt is a pioneer in BOO-based water desalination facilities, and is the only company in the water desalination sector that gained the ISO 9001-2008 certificate.
- Job Requirements :
- Receiving and revising the invoices and P.O’S.
- Updating weekly payment reports by the received invoices, as per the payment conditions mentioned in the P.O. (Excel Sheet).
- Make sure that all document’s proper approvals are there before issuing the check.
- Handling the vendors’ checks receiving process.
- Perform the filling process.
* Inventory
- Prepares the daily, biweekly and monthly inventory transactions (Additions, and Issuance) based on the original issuance vouchers and additions slips.
- Reconciles the inventory offset balances and finalize the outstanding balances with the Warehouse Dep. On a monthly basis in order to make sure that all the materials and received in the warehouses.
- Prepare the power cost monthly reimbursement invoice and reconcile the issued materials with the received reports.
- Review and adjust the accruals and the goods in transit related to the inventory transaction.
- Job Requirements :
- BS.c of Accounting.
- 0 to 1 Years of experience as a general Accountant.
- Good command of English.
- Very Good of using MS Office (WORD - EXCEL).
- Maximum age 28.
