Job Description

Sales Director FMCG

Shaheen Coffe is now hiring a Director Of Sales as following

- Manage Traditional trade, Modern trade and Horeca Sales managers to ensure that they are leading and mentoring their teams

successfully.

- Assign distributors in targeted market, and responsible to manage them towards Targets.

- Manage large teams and able to identify and acquire the best talent possible for the areas they serve.

- Maintain close, trust relationships with those under his charge and facilitate open communication between employees.

- Oversee and manage a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning a wide geographical area.

- Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree

Previous Experience: 15+

Computer Proficiency: V. Good

Advanced professional certifications in Strategic Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management.

Must be number-oriented with strong math skills and well-developed business senses.

Self-Starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi task.
