Job Description
BCI Egypt - Opportunity Warehouse Supervisor
Location: 6th of October City - Giza
How your day will look like:
- Control and maintain current stock levels and material
documentation
- Ensure all required documentation and guidelines of dispatching
materials are provided
- Manage all consumables in compliance with requested
specifications
- Issue materials and items upon completion of valid requisition
documents/vouchers
- Ensure that stores items are clearly marked, and the physical
stock count is taken periodically to verify with the ERP system
- Monitor the packing of all materials and all deliveries as per
the company’s handling procedures and the loading of the trailers
- Provide loading and shipping documents to relevant departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of stores/warehousing experience preferably in
chemical industries
- Ability to identify mechanical and electrical items for storage
- Ability to read and relay technical specifications
- Familiar with ERP system
