- Qualifications :-


- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.


- Assistance and organize events, including ordering materials, requisitioning, meeting,


flights, hotel reservation.


- Responsible for reservations, accommodations and visit arrangements.


- Responsible for the rented housing units and their monthly benefits.


- Preparing monthly administrative reports for the Admin, including achieved results.


- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.


- Creating reports and memos for manager & Staff if needed.


- Job requirements :


1. University degree in any suitable field.


2. Years’ experience 2-4 years at same field.


3. Very good user of MS office.


4. Very good command of English language.


5. Good problem solving.


6. Very good communication skills.
