- Job Description :
- Prospection of new clients who want to rent their properties.
- Phone calls.
- Social media Websites.
- Farming.
- Any other way (creativity and proactivity are needed).
- Advertising about properties on Marketing Channels.
- Answering calls of interested clients.
- Meetings and showings with clients at the property.
- Preparing and attending closings of deals.
- Updating CRM on daily basis.
- Job Requirements :
25-28 years.
Good English.
Must own a car in a good condition. Job requires moving between different locations.
Living near Mohandessin or Sheikh Zayed (office is in Mohandessin but area of work will be Sheikh Zayed).
Previous Sales experience in any field.
Presentable appearance.
Sales character (good communication, active, ambitious to learn real estate, target oriented, wants to make good money and to exert the needed effort for it).
Experience Needed: 0 : 2 Years.
Career Level: Entry Level (Junior Level / Fresh Grad).
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree.
