Job Description

Hochster Pharmaceuticals Industries is hiring

IT Help Desk

Main Duties

-Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Network (WAN/LAN) hardware and softwareConfiguration and maintenance of switches,

router, and wireless controller.

-Firewall security configuration. (FortiGate)

-Windows Server 2012R2 installation, maintenance, and installation.

-Installation of Windows, Email, and other software applications.

-Installation and maintenance of Hardware.

-CCTV & IP Camera systems well knowledge.

-Printers installation & setup.

-Diagnose and resolve all technical issues or queries.

-Maintain the IT asset documentation and records.

Education and Experience required :

-Degree in computer sciences with major in Network.

-well knowledge in CCNA & MCSA.

-1-2 years post qualification experience in Network administration/Help Desk Support.

Factory located in Badr city.

Preferably near Badr City.
