Summary:
Schneider Electric is looking for a strong candidate who will be leading the Commercial Support team. The candidate will be
responsible to lead the team for all the support provided to our partners across different countries during their quotation, order
booking, order management and deliveries activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Commercial Support team who provide assistance to Schneider Electric customers during quotation, order
booking, order management, deliveries and complaints.
- Ensure that the team has the right level of knowledge and development to deliver a world class customer experience.
- Regular calls and visits with customers to understand their challenges and take the right containment and corrective.
- Advocating for customer to seek a suitable solution or work around that meets the needs of the customer.
- Manage the commercial support team efficiently to deliver the required level of operational Customer Support KPIs
- Participate in deploying strong continuous improvement processes for Complaint resolution.
- Collaborate with the other internal functions for better customer experience and quick resolution of issues.
- Work with Business and other stakeholders to effectively develop recommendations to resolve repeatable problems.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with +8 years of relative experience in Customer Front office / Supply chain.
Fluent in English.
Strong leadership, enthusiastic & drive the team to succeed.
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships inside matrix organizations.
Ability to work in cross culture environment.
Customer centric mindset and Excellent understanding of customers’ requirements.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Effective listening & communication skills.
Good level of analytical skills.
Ability to perform under pressure with proven conflict management skills.
