Job Description

McDonald's is Hiring for the HQ in Zamalek

Assistant HR Manager

Analyzes cost and benefits of HR programs and identifies highest impact programs and best use of resources.

Actively participates in strategic business planning process and participates in the development of HR strategies such as Diversity, People

Planning, Productivity, and Rewards and Recognition.

Counsels and advises key customers regarding HR programs such as Performance Development System, Rewards and Recognition systems

, Respectful workplace policies, investigations and development of corrective action plans. Coaches with the goal of transferring core people

management skills.

Coordinates for development and implementation of the Profit center’s strategic staffing plans.

§ Generates and implements organization policies to ensure compliance with laws and company employee practices.

§ Communicates Messages from Top Management, HR department, etc.

§ Provides training and development on HR policies, practices and systems to achieve self-sufficiency and shared responsibility.

§ Partners with Training and Operations department on needs analysis, curriculum design and delivery.

§ Coordinates the administration of the employee Opinion Survey process. Partners with key customers to interpret survey results, facilitates feedback, and coach then in the action planning process.

§ Analyses and makes recommendations using data relevant to staffing, turn over, transfers and cost containment programs.

· May specialize /manage a specific HR system which includes but are not limited to:

1. HR Planning and Organizational Development

2. Benefits and Compensation

3. HR Information and Management Research

4. Labor Relations and Employee Communication

Requirement

- Holding HRM Diploma or Certification is a must.

- 5 to 10 years of exp.

- Excellent Reporting and presentation skills.

- Fluency in English.
