- Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree in Business administration or a related field

· Proven work experience at HR Field (3:5) years, (Talent Acquisition & OD Background is preferred)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional user of Microsoft Office

- Job Description

A-Talent Acquisition

· Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs as per the manpower plan

· Source potential candidates through different channels/platforms and professional networks

· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

B-Performance Management:

· Implementation of the performance management process by reviewing the forms of the system continuously during the year

C-Compensation and Benefit

· Design a compensation packages based on business goals and strategy

· Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications

· Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks

D-Learning and Development:

· Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
