Job description
• Receipt of cash in the treasury either from outside the company or inside the company according to cash receipt orders
• Disbursement of cash to beneficiaries, whether from outside the company or within the company, according to the cash disbursement
orders
• Receiving checks issued by the bank accountant and delivering them to the beneficiaries in accordance with the regulating rules
• Editing permission to receive and disburse cash and checks
• Receiving cash and checks to deposit them daily in the company’s accounts with banks at the end of each day (or according to an amount
specified by the policies and procedures)
• Recording and recording the treasury movement in the daily treasury movement statement
• Daily inventory of the treasury and matching the book balance with the actual balance The treasury is suddenly stockpiled through the
financial department - internal audit - regulatory authorities
• Daily treasury movement entries are released at the end of each day supported by documents Keeping documents related to collection
and expenditures in special files regularly and properly
• Carry out the required daily reports.
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him by the Chief Financial Officer.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/ finance.
• 0: 3 years’ experience.
• Good command of English
• Management Skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications and ERP
