Job Description
Senior Cost Accountant.
- Develop and maintain the cost accounting systems , documents and records
- Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings
- Prepare and complete internal cost audits
- Comply with generally accepted accounting principles for financial statements
- Analyze any change in goods and services provided to determine the effect on the total cost and how it affect.
- Analyze projects costs and prepare regular reports comparing - standards cost with actual production cost.
- Create project cost estimation.
- Assist in auditing general ledger preparation.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required.
-5-7 years of professional accounting experience & relevant real estate or construction experience.
-Collaboration within a real estate & construction environment required.
-ERP User is a must
-Attention to detail.
-Problem-solving skills
-Ability to complete work on schedule.
