Job Description

An Hr Specialist is required for our company; located in El-Mahallah Elkobra.

Job Description

• Cooperating with Personnel dep concerning investigations and employee profiles.

• Cooperate with all departments to create performance reports to all employees.

• Following up the implementation of the HR policies and procedures.

• Providing the regular reports to all concerned parties.

• Screening and interviewing candidates.

• Finding and communicating with different recruitment channels.

• Help create organizational chart and job descriptions.

• Implement training and development plans.

• Follow up the cases of absence , and warning of termination .

• Follow up daily problems within workers and employees, and monitors the system and its effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree.

• Experience from 1 to 3 years with any similar role in HR Field.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Very good command of spoken and written English.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

• A positive, “can do” attitude.

• Gharbia Resident is a must.
