Accountant position needed in EMSA for medical services - International SOS company


1- Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance).


- Preparing the monthly Payroll Service in line with Income Tax and Social Insurance regulations in Egypt.


- Preforming Annual Payroll Reconciliation on monthly basis.


- Liaising with auditors.


- Processing employee expenses.


- Data gathering.


- Receiving and storing invoices.


- Filing quarterly Salary Tax Return.


- Filling social Insurance and labor fees.


- Using digital systems to keep records and create payments.


- Monthly Payable WHT Review.


- Preparing and posting journals.


- Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy.


- Preparing monthly and annual accounts.


- Corporate document maintenance.


2-Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job).


- 3-5 years accounting experience ERP knowledge.


- Excellent MS Excel capabilities.


- Regional experience.


- Soft skills needed for the role are as follows:


- Excellent attention to detail.


- Good time management.


- Strong commercial acumen.


- Good problem solving skills.


- Analytical thinking.


- Relationship building skills.


3-Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job).


- At least 3 years of working experience, post-graduation preferred.


- MNC experience in a fast pace service environment.


- Managing Finance/Accounting.


- Direct dealing with Clients, Banks, Auditors, Legal advisors, Suppliers.


- Experience with service industry (preferred).


- Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job).


- English (fluent, business, both oral and written).


- Arabic (fluent, business, both oral and written).


- French (preferred).
