Job Description
Profile :- Reflection is part of Regional Group established in 2011 Specialized in Marketing services and Advertising Through out Jordan, Dubai, KSA and Lebanon.Reflection mainly supports multinational companies and brands. Our marketing services include everything from brand identity strategic planning , creative concept to graphic design, activation and operation management.
Our journey started with signage production, continued with retail display solutions for global brands in 2013. We started providing services locally and internationally or multinational brands. Since 2013, with the growth of the retail sector in Egypt, we have placed our factory in Maadi with a 1400 m2 and 85 employees, we are giving services to over 20 Companies inside and outside Egypt.
Cost Controller
- Job description : -
•Recording the invoices, transfers and Spoilages of the Branches.
•Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage,
pilferage and efficiency.
•Calculate the direct cost of the orders and the batches.
•Check the menu pricing and ensure the correct prices.
•Performing Audits of all Branches in order to Calculate Cost
Determine Potential Sources of Loss.
• Comparing actual cost & budgeted cost then auditing short &
over.
•Participate in stock taking at the restaurants.
•Review monthly closed reports (from the branches), explain
variances and work with the managers and inventory management
to resolve variances.
•Working on System Foods’s from the beginning and participating in the completion of its activation process and working on it with all brands also Comsys System.
- Job Requirements : -
•1-3 years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage costing is a MUST.
•Accounting designation or enrollment in a recognized Accounting Program.
•Previous restaurant accounting experience.
