Job Description
Profile :- We are manufacturers of a comprehensive plastic piping & hoses solutions for the building, civil, mining, and industrial market. Our products range from high density polyethylene (HDPE) piping systems to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hoses. We aim to provide our customers with a full-fledged service from the pipes to all the welding and technical support that might be needed for them to achieve the best results for their projects. We are the official distributors for Ritmo welding machines, Prinz plastic saws, NTG injection pressurized fittings, Akatherm molded drainage fittings, and Camozzi Microduct accessories.
- Job Responsibility :-
- Implementation of the financial and accounting procedures adopted in the company.
- To supervise all documents issued and received to the accounting department, and verify their validity and contain the necessary signatures.
- entry of the bills, and review before registration in the accounts concerned.
- Do the registration of all registration documents in their respective accounts and in accordance with the applicable computer systems and programs and on the basis of the approved accounting course.
- Collect, follow up and keep accounts receivable and accounts receivable accounts, and check the maturity schedules of accounts receivable monthly.
- Check payrolls and wages monthly.
- Supervising the issuance of exchange certificates and the preparation of checks related to them.
- report the financial manager for cost saving and expenses follow up, and prepare the necessary settlement restrictions.
- Do the taxing reports for VAT & Withholding TAX.
- Job Requirements :-
- Language Skills: good command of both written and spoken English.
- Computer Skills: Excellent performance of tasks using Microsoft Office.
- Communication skills: very good.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 3 years.
