Job Description

MWG is looking for a Managing Director Female Assistant to join our team

immediately

• Responsibilities

- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.

- Controlling access to the manager/executive.

- Organizing events and conferences reminding the manager/executive of

important tasks and deadlines typing.

- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Requirements 

- 4+ years of experience in the same field is a MUST

- Bachelor Degree from a reputable company  

- Excellent communication skills 

- Multitasking and analytical skills 

- Fluent English preferable

- V.Good Microsoft user ( Word, excel and PowerPoint)  

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Flexibility in working hours

- Professional appearance and personal
