Job Description

Al Safy Group is currently hiring Receptionist 

Job Responsibilities

-Manage Front Desk and coordinate front-desk activities.

- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers. 

- Register Meetings and appointments for Senior Managers.

- Responsible for Meeting room reservations.

- Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable and functional, with all necessary stationery,

material and equipment maintenance.

- Answer phone calls and transfer to designated recipient.

- Receive, greet, and escort visitors.

- Provide general support to visitors.

- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

-Minimum experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant for 2 years 

-Gender: Both

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

- Excellent time management skills. 

- Ability to prioritize work.

- Strong organizational skills. 

- Be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office\

operations.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

-Work Location:New Cairo

- 8 working hours & two days off
