Job Description
Profile :- We are a leading manufacturer in the field of glass processing in the Middle East and Africa. We offer distinguished solutions in the field of flat glass, secoreet glass,curved glass, double glass, printing and painting on glass.
A/R Section head :-
Responsibilities : -
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable’s data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Ensure that all client’s collections receipts are timely recorded and matched against it related paid invoices issued by the company.
- Prepare periodic clients' aging reports to ensure compliance.
- Reconcile payments to ensure the ERP system reflects the correct transactions.
- Job Requirements : -
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an A/R Section head in industrial field.
- Cairo resident is must.
- Proficient user of finance software and ERB system.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Superior attention to details.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
