Job Description

Sanctum Hospitality is currently Hire " Office Manager "

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for all tasks assigned by CEO.

2.Support all administrative departments.

3.Act as the first point of contact for visitors.

4.Answering and direct incoming calls.

5.Processing paperwork, documentation, and filing.

6.Organize and supervise office activities.

7.Responsible for office purchasing orders.

8.Assist in planning of company meetings and events.

9.Supporting related functions as needed.

Qualifications:

•Bachelors’ degree in business administration or any relevant field. 

•At least 4 years experience in office admin/secretary.

•Interpersonal and communications skills.

•Problem solving and analytic skills.

•Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

•Fluent in English both written and spoken. 

•IT knowledge is very welcomed
