Job Description
Profile :- Samcrete was established in 1963 as an entity specialized in construction of roads and precast concrete products. Over the years, the company evolved into a major force in the Egyptian construction industry through diversification of operations. Today, Samcrete celebrates its 50th anniversary as a fully integrated private sector engineering, construction and development company.
Requirements :-
-Prepare the work requirements on daily & weekly basis.
- Follow-up distribution of work to supervisors.
-Ensure the execution of work according to quality standards.
-Follow-up the performance rate and Quantity Survey for the implemented tasks and deliver to the Technical Office.
-Manage the subcontractor performance & quality of work.
-Manage the coordination with technical office.
-Review the Subcontractor Interim Payment according to their achievements if available
-Apply the Health & Safety regulations.
-Awareness of infrastructure / roads work is a plus
-Experience: 1-2 years
Qualifications:
AutoCAD - Office Software.
