Job Responsibility
Role purpose : Act as back office engineer for all SOC-Services Nodes. also be involved in the troubleshooting
of any issues.

• Support and develop new tabs on VAS Investigator tool
• Knowledge sharing for any new information with 1st line team members.
• Own complaints and cases escalated from first line.
• Services Support for 24/7 availability
• Handle customer care individual complains received from call center , retails , corporate and Dealers
• Handle the incident management function for all services such as (Payment , Charging , IN, Messaging and
VAS)
• Handle the execution of the Changes requests CRQs for services domains (( Payment , Charging , IN,
Messaging and VAS)
• Provide & develop customized solutions and applications to most of the call centers teams to assist them
handling customer complains
faster and get MAX customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent experience.
2 years experience in similar field
Application support or Software developing such as UNIX shell scripting basic experience is a plus
OS such as UNIX , LINUX
Database administration or SQL scripting experience
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Dedication, sense of ownership, and ability to work within a team
Innovative & creative thinking for new solutions, technologies and data protection
The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines cross the function groups
Eye for details and accuracy
