- 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 :-
- Maintain Customer billing system.
- Generating Invoices and Accounts Information.
- Producing Monthly Customers Reports for the Management.
- Follow up on Collect and allocate the Payment.
- Investigate and resolve Customers Payments.
- Collect Payments and Deposits.
- Prepare daily and monthly payments.
- Update all the entries and Transactions to our financial system.
- Track Custodies with team members and make sure they are done by Time.
- Manage Filling Activities.
- Develop and automate a recovery System and Backup.
- Send the needed reports To Direct Supervisor.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 :
- 𝟮-𝟯 years of experience.
- Full awareness of Egyptian Tax Law.
- Very Good Command of the English language.
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
- Full knowledge of the preparation of budget and budgets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Oracle NetSuite Knowledge is a plus.
