Profile :- Asass Investment is the portfolio manager of the real estate fund which runs the operational subsidiaries: Stone Group, and Asass Construction. Asass is also in charge of the strategic management and allocation of the real estate funds in the different real estate projects and properties. This collaborative and integrative structure serves to achieve the strategic investment objectives of Multiples Group.
- Job Description :-
- Studying new tender set of drawings and BOQ.
- Pricing project different BOQ items with detailed price analysis.
- Proposing different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders.
- Formulating time schedules for new tenders and projects.
- Developing tender complete package and presenting it.
- Reviewing all tender terms and conditions.
- Supervising the tender team and make sure that the team on track.
- Reporting to the tendering head.
- Job Requirements :-
- Bachelor in architecture/civil engineering.
(Preferable architecture).
- From 2 to 5 years of previous experience in tendering.
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.
- Mastering different drawing tools.
- Mastering MS Office programs.
- Strong time management and accuracy skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
