Hiring Accountant at Agency-it
- Job Description :
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Close invoices/advances against receipts.
- Bank receipts and payments.
- Carry out bank reconciliations.
- Maintain customer master data up to date for tax purposes.
- Job Requirements :
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- English Fluency is a MUST.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Working hours: fixed shifts and 2 days off.(Full Time).
- Salary: 7000-10000 (We don’t provide housing).
- Location: Hurghada (on-site).
- Hurghada residents are preferred.
