Hiring an administrative assistant at Adamco Pharm

- Requirements :
- Bachelor degree at Business Administration.
- 1- 3 years’ experience in the secretarial field.
- October / Zayed residents are preferred.
- Excellent in English language.
- French language is preferred.
- Excellent MS Office computer skills.
- Effective communication skills.

- Job description :

- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
