Hiring Accountant at Security Innovation
- Duties and Responsibilities :
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software, Excel and Word.
- work under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Maintaining, maintaining and processing the company's accounting books.
- Preparing exchange documents, the amendments made to them, and carrying out monthly reconciliations of documents according to the rules and regulations.
- Participation and implementation in the periodic inventory operations of all assets and merchandise of the company and its registration in the custody register.
- Dealing with government agencies and customers that the company deals with in terms of providing their needs and continuing follow-up and communication with them.
- Settling the financial covenant and reviewing it with the financial manager of the company.
- Make bank withdrawals and deposits.
- Carry out the purchase of materials and equipment based on the needs of the projects, and the purchase is carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations.
- Follow up and receive the goods from the suppliers and deliver them to the company’s warehouses and then deliver them to the project site.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
- Qualifications :
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience.
