- Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for formulating and revising the contract management system. - Establish and optimize various contract approval procedures. - Drafting and reviewing company contracts and consulting on other legal affairs. - Provide daily legal advice to various departments of the company, provide legal opinions and suggestions for important matters of the company, and handle legal affairs. - Responsible for handling difficult and complicated cases or incidents and establishing a good communication mechanism with external lawyers. - Participate in the company's major incidents and crisis handling activities, and assist relevant functional departments in handling. - Handling of various contracts, accidents, disputes and disputes. - Able to complete the entire process of prosecution and response. - Establish litigation management system and procedures.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above, major in law. - 6-8 years of legal related work experience, with large-scale corporate legal work experience preferred. - Location:Giza.
