Sales Admin jobs at El-Saba Automotive
- Job duties :
- Collect all data from all departments involved in the sales process for the monthly sales report.
- Direct assistance to the Sales manager in administrative work.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service team to look at competitors and customer feedback and be able to track our market share and level of customer satisfaction.
- Managing the flow of information in a timely manner to between the divisions that make up the input, operating, and output sales process.
- Analyze external and internal customer databases, product lines, and projects databases using (Access/Excel) models and visual BI reports
- Requirements and skills :
- 1:2 years of experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Very good in the English language.
- Analytical thinking.
- Communication skills.
- Time management.
