Profile : SpeedTech was founded by Mr. Mohamed Farrag in 2016 it was started in downtown Cairo branch.
The First products line was in surveillance cameras with a worldwide brand. We exist to provide our customers with a safe and securing way of life so Over the past years we have struggled to be the best in what we offer. Our primary goal is to use our human resources to provide high-quality security solutions and services.
Hiring Receptionist at SpeedTech Company
Job Title: Receptionist
1. Welcoming visitors and clients of The company.
2. Communicate with the responsible employee in the event that his visitors or clients arrive.
3. Answer phone calls or e-mails.
4. Keeping records of clients or visitors in terms of (name, phone, email, if any, the date of the visit, and the reason for the visit).
5. Helping with the recruitment process by "communicating with the job applicants to send their CV and schedule an interview with them"
6. Coordination with the Human Resources Department to conduct the Interview for the required jobs.
7.Preparing an Excel Sheet with permissions, times of attendance, departure, overtime, vacations, and penalties.
Practical experience required 0: 2 years of experience.
Skills and abilities required for the job:
1. The ability to interact with different groups of people.
2. Good looking.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
4. The skill of organization.
5. Good communication and listening skills.
Note : living in mokattam or near is preferred
