Hiring Customer Relation Representative at Profolio Consulting
- Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Handled requests via app and mail.
- Qualifications :
- 0 - 1 of relevant work experience.
- Fresh Graduates ONLY
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written
- Ability to multi-task, organize.
- Fluency in English is a MUST!!
