- Job Description :

- Answering Customer Calls.
- Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Following up complicated customer calls when required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

- Job Requirements :

- For Males and females.
- Graduates Only Can Apply.
- Good Command of English level.
- Completed or Exempted from the military Service.
- Cairo Residents Only.
- Good command of reading numbers.
- Good handling skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Maximum age is 28.
