Fresh HR Coordinator at Positive Side Horizons
- Responsibilities :
- Screen resumes and application forms. - Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates. - Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks. - Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. - File all new hires' applications, offer letters & staff requisitions, in addition, to updating the existing files according to the changes. - Support in the preparation of all documents required for new employees' orientation. - Prepare HR-related reports as needed. - Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts. - Ensure the timely and accurate update of all attendance and vacation records for all employees. - Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days). - distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies. - Participate in organizing company events and careers days. - Make travel and accommodation arrangements. - Internship Requirements. - Supports all the HR activities.
- Requirements :
- 0-1 year of relevant internship or professional experience. - Very Good in English. - Good at using Microsoft office. - Good attention to detail.
