Fresh System Support Officer at Arabian Cement Company
- Job Requirements :
-Supports the roll-out of new applications.
- Maintains workstations operating systems, LAN.
-Software and Hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading.
- Performs backups of staff’s computers.
-Troubleshooting of systems and network problems and diagnosing
and solving hardware /software faults.
- Performs backup of server including.
- Remotely support 24/7 any time, any where.
- Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Skills :
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to analysis systems and improve its performances.
- Experience :
- 0-3 years in general support.
- Car is a preferable.
- Location: Our Plant ( Ain - Alsokhna).
