Hiring Purchasing Officer at Future hospitality solutions
- Responsibilities :-
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, and supplier relations, negotiating contracts, prices,timelines etc.
- Maintain the supplier data base, purchase records, and related documents.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Field visits.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Qualifications & Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required. Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software systems.
- Good English command.
- Max Age: 30.
- Gender any.
- Haram residents or surrounding areas is preferred.
