- Responsible for screening CVs, conducting phone and Virtual / Face-to-Face interviews, and coordinating with the technical team on the feedback. - Building applicant sources. - Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualification - Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and updated. - Responsible for finding suitable candidates using sourcing platforms or headhunting if needed. - Responsible for increasing recruitment channels for the organization and attending employment fairs whenever required.
- Job Requirements :
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment. - Manufacturing background is preferable. - Comfortable with a high volume of recruitment. - Excellent at Microsoft Office. - Certificate in HR is preferable.
