- Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor. - Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them. - Manage the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees. Drafting Employment contracts. - Prepare the attendance reports and timesheets and collect all the attendance reports from different attendance machines - Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6) - Keep records of employee’s vacations, absence and missions - Keep records of employees database - Prepare the attendance reports and timesheets - keep employees' hiring documents completed. - Manage & update the employee’s files. - Manage opening bank accounts for new staff and handling bank related issues.
- Requirements :
- BSc of Business Administration or relevant field, HR diploma or certificate is an asset 2-5 years’ experience in Personnel - Proficient in using Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ERP systems, - Excellent communication skills. - Reporting Skills.
- Knowledge :
- Knowledge of Labor Law no 12 for 2003. - Dealing with governmental sectors. - Social & Medical Insurance Procedures. - Must be a resident of Obour city , Sharqiya government.
