Profile : Kanawat was established in April 2016 to become Egypt’s Fastest-growing distribution company, with a completely automated sales channel and expertise in all supply chain aspects, including customs clearance, inventory management, safe warehousing, direct distribution and delivery.
We are partners with the high-end telecom brands including Samsung & Nokia, also we have our own Retail arm
“Kanawat stores” with 15 Stores all over Egypt.

Hiring an administrative assistant at Kanawat

- Responsibilities :

- Receive, direct and reply telephones, messages and E-mails .
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings ,appointments and conferences.
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up with concerned parties to ensure the implementation for these minutes.
- Responsible for travel arrangements including airline ticket and hotel reservations.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system in an orderly manner so that it is easily accessible when needed .

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree business administration, or any related degree.
- (2+) years’ experience in administrative field.
- Gender : Female
- Age (Years): Max 30 Yrs
- Very Good English, verbal / written communication
- Excellent in M.S Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in documentation & Follow up

- Job Information:
- Job Type: Full time. Working Hours 9:00 am. – 5:00 pm.
- Salary: Good Competitive Salary as per market industry range.

- Work Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
