Senior Site Engineer Job at United Group
- Job Descriptions :
1-An in-depth study of the project plans, implementation mechanisms and implementation requirements within the site
2-Setting the timetable specified for the implementation of the project works according to the implementation period listed in the contract for the project.
3-Setting the schedules of the technical and regular labor required for the project, the work teams and the necessary equipment in all stages of implementation in line with the timetable.
4-Reviewing the work site and notifying the company of any obstacles impeding its implementation in the future.
5-Clarify and request all materials used for the project and approve them from the company and take approvals on them before starting implementation.
6-Reviewing the plans of the items that will be implemented mathematically and executively, and working on adopting any amendment that he deems necessary.
7-Make statements and extracts of the works executed during the work stages and submit them to the project manager to disburse payments from those works to the management of the company.
8-Make a daily record of the project to show the executed works, the project manager's visits, weather reports, or any obstacles, in order to justify the delay in delivery, if any.
9-Ensuring that the implementation of the works coincides with the time schedule to avoid any delays and remedy the delay, if any.
10-Ensure that each stage is handed over to the project manager upon completion, and all details, achievements and obstacles of that stage are followed up in an official report.
11-Practicing professionalism, integrity, seriousness and responsibility, and not being silent about any abuses that occur from the workers on the site, which harms the work and results in delays in deliveries.
12-Addressing any error that occurs during implementation and providing an immediate report on the causes of the error to prevent it from recurring.
13-Executing all other tasks assigned to him in his field of work.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering - Specialization: Architect (experience certificates in the same field preferred).
- Experience: 5-7 years.
- Computer: Excellent computer skills (AutoCAD program - Microsoft office reporting programs.
- Language: good (English).
