Hiring Reservation Agents at Fly Egypt Airlines
- Job Description :
- Full reservation and ticketing procedures on Avtra PSS system.
- Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmation, and additional details.
- Capable of operating a computerized airline reservation and call center systems.
- Generate and follow up PAYFORT invoices / payment methods to deal with any issues concerning the web users booking.
- Maintain records with all transactions from that day of service.
- Settle Payment in advance and deposit for customer reservation, and keep records of these deposits also.
- Handling Time change / Flight cancelation by mail / calls for travel agencies and passengers.
- Helping passengers who missed a flight or re-schedule Customer travel plans and get them to their destination as quickly as possible
- Group’s reservation including (Umrah / Domestic / Labour) groups.
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center (Sistel / Maqsam).
- Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations.
- Handle customer complaints, travel issues, or refund requests.
- Job Requirements :
- Maximum Age: 25.
- Experience: 1-3 Years.
- English level: Excellent .
- Location: Sheraton-Heliopolis.
- Shifts: Rotational.
