- Responsibilities :-
1. Coordinate and follow up all new comers / applicants resume, application status and interviews date, time & schedules agenda.
2. Responsible of coordinating the overall interviewing cycle with all concerned parties in the company.
3. Assist in contacting and follow up all recruitment agencies the company dealing with (blue collar-white collar) agencies.
- Requirements :
-At least 2 year experience in a Recruitment Specialist role ( blue collar) is a must.
-Good understanding of Recruitment Specialist KPIs.
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
-Team player.
* Good time-management skills.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
* Age between 20 and 30 years old.
*Great Soft Skills.
