Profile : El Serafy Engineering was established in 1989 as an electrical contracting firm, and over the ensuing few years worked closely with many world-class electrical manufacturers such as GE, Siemens, and Schneider. Contracts undertaken included low-voltage and medium-voltage distribution systems, high-rise building busduct installations, CCTV, fire fighting, public address and other (light-current) systems.
Hiring Coordinator at El Serafy Engineering LLC
- Responsibility :
- Prepare and Issue Purchase orders for suppliers and ensuring the payment according supplier’s offer conditions.
- Follow up and Monitor with technical team the project progress.
- Follow up with the client/supplier the orders, Letter of Guarantees and deliveries.
- Contracts review.
- Issue and review invoices for the Clients and ensures the process of the payment is complete.
- Review invoices with the client before final acceptance from site Engineer.
- Maintain a hard copy and e-filing systems of Operations documents.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by direct manager.
- Qualifications :
- Experience minimum 5 years as a Project/operation Coordinator.
- Knowledge of client orders’ and contract terms.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Preferably Maadi residents or its surrounding.
- Fluent in English (written - spoken).
- Decision Making.
- Problem Solving.
- Planning and Organizing skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Outstanding Communications Skills.
