Hiring Procurement Specialist at Jadeela Steel industries
- Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing Purchasing Plan (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual) for all DM & IDM based on production plan.
- Handling purchasing process in a timely and effective manner to meet business needs.
- Ability to prepare comparison sheets summarizing the purchase process and qualifying/disqualifying options as necessary, with a clear recommendation for purchase.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms to ensure savings/profitability.
- Issuing purchasing orders / contracts.
- Keeping tracking for all orders and follow up its progress, delivery and payments.
- Suppliers Evaluation.
- Qualifications :
- University degree.
- Strong Experience in the Steel Structure industry.
- University degree.
- Willingness to learn new things.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Min 3 - 5 years of experience in Purchasing.
