- Job Description :
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, hiring till onboarding. - Handle all Social Insurance procedures. - Track attendance, productivity and calculate the monthly deployment (overtime, deductions, bonuses, leave balances, etc.) in accordance with the HR policies. - Handle employees’ grievances, complaints and inquiries, rewards, increases, and deductions.
- Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor degree. - Minimum 6 months of proven recruitment experience. - Blue-collars hiring experience is a must. - Males are preferred.
