- Job Responsibilities :

1. Ensure the normal and effective operation of all personnel processes in the Sales Department of the branch company, cooperate with the local HR in the branch company to complete the entry, exit, dispatch, transfer, system and grade management, etc.
2. Calculating the Branch Sales Department's salary and handling of abnormal problems.
3. Assist and support the manager of the branch company in the promotion assessment and performance assessment management of the Sales Department of the branch company.
4. Statistics and analysis of various statements.

- Job Requirements :

1. Max age 28.
2. Females only.
3. Education "bachelor or above".
4. Languages: Chinese: HSK 4 or above.
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, and can bear great work pressure.
6. Strong logical thinking, clear language expression, strong communication ability, and strong execution ability.
7. Be good at challenging new things.
