Hiring Coordinator at Europa Cucine
- Job description :
- General Secretarial Work to CEO.
- Receive & Review orders contracts.
- Divide Orders on departments (Production/Purchasing).
- Handling Workflow/Timeline Data Sheet.
- Confirming Orders Budgets & -Approving Purchase Orders as per budget.
- Handling Customer Service line & Complaints.
- Job Requirements :
- Good English and Arabic.
- Use of Microsoft excel/word/PowerPoint.
- Minimum Experience of 5-10 years of experience in general operations, office management, as an executive assistant or general secretarial work.
- Very organized.
