Hiring Procurement Specialist at TBS Holding Group
- Job Description :
- Communication with the suppliers/vendors until securing the delivery of the samples to the warehouses
Place the orders according to the received purchase requests and/or vendor request for sample.
- Ensure that all requested documents are received from the supplier including with no limitation the labels, photos for the product ..etc. according to the customs regulations, this step should be with close coordination with the logistics
- Communicate with the finance department in order to secure payments
- A member in the inception committee- assist in the insertion of new products prior to receiving them from the vendor and approving the action of storing them in the warehouses
- Job Requirements :
- 2-4 Experience in FMCG Field is a must.
- Good to v.good in English.
- 6th October resident & Nearby are preferred.
