CPM (Construction & Project Management Consultancy) is hiring HR Specialist

- Job Description :

- Handling all Personnel activities

- Participate in developing and implementing of the HR policies and procedures

- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.

- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.

- Administer the performance appraisal process.

- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.

- Work conditions :

- Working location at “Nasr City”.

- From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

- Job Requirements :

- +3 years’ experience in the same field.

- Bachelor in business administration or relevant field.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Very good command of English language “spoken and written”.

- Maximum Age 30.
