Hiring Secretary and Admin Assistant at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE

- Job description :

- Ensures proper maintenance of all office equipment, including computers’ hardware and software in connection with the local suppliers and the local IT.

- Handling needed printings of the company.

- Managing purchase of the office supplies, buffet supplies, IT supplies, gifts, and any required supplies or services.

- Manage Medical insurance claims, operations with the medical service provider, get necessary approvals and report complaints.

- Follows up all insurance policies and ensure the renewal on due dates.

- Ensures proper organization of agendas and plans of the meetings for General Manager, CFO, company staff abroad & foreign visitors in Egypt.

- Arranges all employee’s business trips, training (visa documents, visa appointments, flights, communication with HQ).

- Follow up with local IT on available hardware/ software updates and IT problems related to printers, security cameras, Internet…etc and deal with HQ IT incase of any needed reports, surveys, tickets.

- Ensures proper management of social insurance (new employees, renewal each year, resigning employees).

- Follow up on resignation process (documentation, release forms).

- Ensures completeness of required documents for employees’ files.

- Ensures proper documentation of employees’ holidays and leaves.

- Filing all company contracts, administrative documents and follow up renewals on due dates.

- Following up on legal issues with Lawyers and Legal department.

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative field.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and administration skills.

- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
