Professionals HR Services Careers For HR Generalist
- Main Responsibilities :
- Managing hiring process starting from searching for CVs till onboarding candidates.
- Can work on hiring blue collars as well as white collar and technical candidates.
- monitoring employees’ attendance and taking actions accordingly.
- responsible for the payroll processing monthly including SI & Tax calculations.
- Good Knowledge on how to build an internal policy from scratch & contracts & bonus.
- Can issue employees employment contracts.
- Can track the bonuses and incentives for all employees.
- Job Requirements :
- With 1 - 4 years of experience in is a MUST.
Skills needed: (please read carefully to make sure that your CV will be considered).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Very Good English & Arabic languages, writing & speaking.
- Ability to travel within Egypt.
- Presentable.
- updated with the latest labor law updates.
- Interviewing Skills.
- Very Good Internet User.
- Microsoft Office very good user.
